Nara Woodland
, Licensed and Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner
Nara has lived in Moscow for 23 years, where she is raising her family, building healthy connections with her businesses (Paper Bird Jewelry and Brain Body Balance Sound Therapy), and enjoying the beauty that the Palouse region offers. She is a strong believer that you must care for yourself, in order to have a healthy and well balanced life.
Nara is a Licensed and Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner. She specializes in using therapeutic singing bowls both on and off the body, and offers frequent community sound baths as well as privately sponsored sound baths for organizations including Hospice, hospitals, schools, Universities, retreats and more. Using an integrative holistic approach, she layers in practices from Somatic therapy and nervous system calming tools as needed. Nara strives to create a deeply peaceful and nervous system regulating experience for each client, based upon their needs that day and going forward.
